The Big Book of United
The history of United with particular emphasis on the club's leading goalscorers, and with contributions from both Tim and Paul. Tim wrote the chapter on the history of United's kits, and he and Paul both contributed several player's biographies. Copies of the book can be ordered on-line from amazon.co.uk.
All the Newton Heath and Manchester United kits since 1878. As well as both the home and change kits we have included third kits, where applicable, and special commemorative and variant kits. Our intention is to provide the definitive online research source.
The illustrations are backed up by period photographic or written evidence which has been carefully authenticated. On occasion we have had to make assumptions due to the limitation of black and white photography, but we have explained our reasoning behind each decision to allow you to reach your own conclusions.
